Benzac AC Gel 5% Review

This product has been with me for a year now!
And even if it has already been a year, its effectiveness remains the same. Take note it may not be the same for everyone. But as for me, this product never fails to work.

I bought this last year in Mercury Drug due to it being subtly advertised in the drugstore. I had failed experiences with PanOxyl and Proactiv despite them having Benzoyl Peroxide as primary ingredient.

I heard of this product from my sister as well. She told me that her friend uses this and it worked wonders for her.

What's written on the back of the product
I bought the 60g version of Benzac. And up to this date I still have 3/4 of the product left!

My routine for this is that first, I wash with Snoe Beauty Outzit bar, then I tone my face with TN Dickinson's Witch Hazel astringent. Finally, I proceed with using this product.

I use this as spot treatment for small acne and fixing the deep-seated stains on my BJD (ball-jointed doll). I also use this on patches of pimples if I have breakout.

PROS:
- Dries pimples overnight up to 3 days (not that much effective on cystic acne)
- Does not leave scars or marks
- Does not sting
- Does not make pimples have scabs or peeling
- Can be used during the day given you have sun protection

CONS:
- NONE!

I give this product 5/5!!

My Benzac's about to run out soon and will DEFINITELY repurchase.
I bought this in the counter of Mercury Drug. Simply ask for Benzac and the pharmacist will assist you with which percentage of Benzac is available.

As far as I recall, this is priced at around P720. Pretty expensive but not as pricey as Proactiv...and this will last you more than 6 months unless you have breakouts on the whole face and on your body.
